Clinical autonomy - practice in an independent clinic with the freedom to deliver care your way, supported by Specsavers’ technology and resources

Ongoing development - access dedicated optometry support consultants and annual continuing education opportunities for professional growth

Clinic ownership when you’re ready – develop your business acumen and ability to lead teams. Apply to Pathway, a business development program designed to support you in taking the next steps to become a clinic owner at your pace.

For over 40 years, Specsavers has been committed to making quality eyecare and affordable eyewear accessible to everyone - because we believe no one should have to compromise on their eye health, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Today, we’re the world’s largest privately owned optical retailer and still a family-owned business. We’re a place where you can feel you belong, and be part of something that truly makes a difference.
