A Little About Our Hiring Process
At Ethos Automation, we believe great people aren't always perfect on paper, and resumes only tell part of the story. To help us review applications efficiently, we may use recruitment software and AI-powered tools to assist with tasks such as organizing applications, identifying relevant skills, and communicating with candidates. Think of it as helping us sort through the paperwork so we can spend more time getting to know the people behind the resumes. Don't worry, robots aren't making hiring decisions around here. Every application is reviewed by a real member of our team, and all hiring decisions are made by humans. If you need accommodation at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know. We're committed to creating an accessible, respectful, and inclusive experience for all applicants.
Thank you for considering Ethos Automation. We appreciate the time you've taken to apply and look forward to learning more about you.
