We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker who takes pride in precision, enjoys solving challenges, and believes that "good enough" simply isn't good enough.

If you're someone who notices the smallest details, enjoys working with high-quality materials, and wants to be part of a growing company where your work is appreciated, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Reading and interpreting shop drawings and production plans
Building custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
Cutting, machining, assembling and finishing cabinet components
Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently including:

- Sanders
Installing hardware including drawer slides, hinges, organizers and specialty components
Ensuring finished products meet Oakstone's quality standards
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
Problem solving and suggesting improvements when challenges arise

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of cabinet making or custom millwork experience
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques
Ability to read shop drawings independently
Experience with laminate, veneer, hardwood and melamine products
Laminating experience is a must
Able to regularly lift sheet goods or cabinets, stand for long periods, and safely handle heavy millwork components
Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with:

Installation experience

Why Join Oakstone?

We're building more than cabinetry, we're building a company people are proud to work for.

You'll enjoy:

Stable, full-time employment
