Responsibilities
Provide pre-employment support, employment counselling, job development, and employment retention services to individuals and employers in individual and group settings. Build employment opportunities for justice-involved individuals through intensive outreach to local employers in person, by phone, and virtually.
Requirements
The role is a temporary, full-time position reporting to the Employment Services Team Lead. Evening and weekend availability may be required; no specific education or experience requirements are stated.
