We are searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across the sales team by supporting cross tasks including but limited to contract reviews, responding to RFPs/RFQs, developing accurate pricing quotes, providing day-to-day account support, and coordinating impact client meetings and industry conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review: Review standard sales agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs for non-standard operational and commercial terms; escalate legal risks and track renewals.
- RFP & RFQ Management: Coordinate formal RFP/RFQ responses end-to-end, gathering technical, pricing, and compliance inputs across internal teams and maintaining the proposal content library.
- Quotations & Pricing: Build and deliver accurate sales quotes, ensuring alignment with margin guidelines and required approvals.
- Account Support: Act as the primary operational point of contact for key accounts, maintaining clean CRM data, resolving order/billing inquiries, and generating sales reports.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics for client pitches, annual business reviews, trade shows, and conferences; track post-event lead intake.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years in relevant role with exposure to sales operations, contract coordination, or commercial administration
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CPQ software, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management under tight deadlines, and clear cross-functional communication.
